Shipping policy
At ACT we work quickly to process and ship your order, so once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes. Please ensure the items in your order and your address are correct before purchasing.
We offer international shipping, with a few country exceptions due to courier restrictions. Scroll down to find out which country and rates.
Canada
Standard Shipping - $12 CAD or FREE for orders over $150 CAD (estimate 3-5 business days)
United States
Standard Shipping - $17 CAD or FREE for orders over $215 CAD (estimate 2-6 business days)
International
Shipping and transit time - Calculated at checkout
Flat Rate shipping is temporarily unavailable for international orders.
Please note all delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping courier and cannot be guaranteed. All orders shipping outside of Canada may be subject to courier and/or customs delays.
Duties & Import Taxes (DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid)
For orders shipped to the United Kingdom, European Union, and other international destinations, please note that your order is shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means:
- The product price and shipping fee are collected at checkout
- Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included in your order total
- These charges are assessed by your country's customs authority upon arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient
- We are unable to predict the exact amount, as duties vary by country, product type, and order value

Many of our markets have generous duty-free thresholds:
- 🇺🇸 United States — Orders under $800 USD typically enter duty-free
- 🇦🇺 Australia — Orders under $1,000 AUD typically enter duty-free
- 🇳🇿 New Zealand — Orders under $1,000 NZD typically enter duty-free
